- watch movies
- go out n have fun
- don’t ignore the lonely feeling, instead acknowledge it
- cry some more
- try laughing at jokes
- be with friends
- write it down
- resist the urge to call him
- pack all his stuff in a box
- make urself busy
- focus on yourself more
- dont blame everything on urself. Things happen for a reason
